Vi vet ocks\u00e5 att upskilling och reskilling av medarbetare \u00e4r en avg\u00f6rande investering f\u00f6r framg\u00e5ng med tanke p\u00e5 att vi m\u00e5ste takta v\u00e4rldens snabba f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringstakt kring digitalisering, automatisering och nya h\u00e5llbara l\u00f6sningar. Det hj\u00e4lper ocks\u00e5 till att b\u00e5de attrahera nya talanger och beh\u00e5lla medarbetare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/atomcollaboration.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/37a7f7_3e59a002ed034e189c15158dc371489amv2.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5324\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-dmbec\"><strong>Om du som ledare vill lyfta kompetensutvecklingsarbetet <\/strong>i din organisation eller ditt team till n\u00e4sta niv\u00e5 kan det vara v\u00e4rdefullt att satsa p\u00e5 att investera i en upskilling-strategi. <strong>I en intressant rapport \u201dWorkplace Learning &amp; Development Trends 2022\u201d <\/strong>fr\u00e5n SHRM svarar 8 av 10 HR-chefer att f\u00f6retagets upskilling-erbjudande bidrar till att attrahera (83%) och beh\u00e5lla medarbetare (86%). I snitt har 76% av medarbetarna svarat att de mer troligt stannar l\u00e4ngre p\u00e5 arbetsplatser om det erbjuder kontinuerlig upskilling. Samma unders\u00f6kning visar att 8 av 10 anst\u00e4llda (84%) s\u00e4ger att det \u00e4r viktigt att f\u00e5 utvecklas i Power skills och 76% av HR-cheferna uppger att de troligtvis kommer att fokusera p\u00e5 att erbjuda Power skills inom de kommande 12 m\u00e5naderna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-c9dl\">Power skills \u2013 vad \u00e4r det nu igen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-6denq\">Innan vi pratar mer konkret om de Power skills som \u00e4r mest relevanta att satsa p\u00e5 kan det vara bra med en kort repetition av begreppen; <strong>Capabilities<\/strong> \u00e4r mer strategiska \u00f6vergripande f\u00f6rm\u00e5gor. <strong>Hard skills<\/strong> \u00e4r tekniska f\u00e4rdigheter och <strong>Soft skills<\/strong> \u00e4r mer mjuka sammansatta beteenden d\u00e4r m\u00e5nga av dessa i dag kallas <strong>Power skills<\/strong> f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r v\u00e4rdefulla skills som taktar omv\u00e4rldens snabba f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar. Hard skills har historiskt dominerat arbetsmarknaden och \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare att lista i ett CV, men de g\u00e5r oftast idag och i framtiden att ers\u00e4ttas med teknik. Bara f\u00f6r att du \u00e4r en bra programmerare beh\u00f6ver det inte betyda att du \u00e4r bra p\u00e5 att h\u00e5lla deadlines, samarbeta och kommunicera med andra eller bidrar till att l\u00f6sa st\u00f6rre problem. Men det har visat sig att f\u00f6retag som har medarbetare d\u00e4r merparten har en bred mix av skills genererar h\u00f6gre innovationsgrad och \u00f6kad produktivitet. F\u00f6r medarbetare har det i m\u00e5nga fall lett till f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad h\u00e4lsa och h\u00f6gre inkomst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/atomcollaboration.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/37a7f7_049c498094eb492d9ff1ab1f2a79d5c4mv2-1024x495.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5327\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-9puj3\"><strong>F\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan<\/strong> arbetade jag tillsammans med en kund med en AI-utbildning f\u00f6r HR. Efter m\u00e5nga v\u00e4ndor med en av \u00e4mnesexperternas utbildningspresentationer landade vi i att huvudbudskapet \u00e4nd\u00e5 till slut m\u00e5ste bli att vi m\u00e5ste utvecklas i dynamisk takt <em>tillsammans<\/em> med AI-utvecklingen. Vi vet s\u00e5klart redan i dag en del av vad som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r kunskaper och beteenden kring AI-insatser men det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att sia om vad vi beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r kunskaper imorgon. Samma tankes\u00e4tt g\u00e4ller egentligen all utveckling i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till v\u00e4rldens snabba f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar, vad och hur vi beh\u00f6ver l\u00e4ra oss. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 svaret p\u00e5 vilket Power skill som \u00e4r den absolut n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigaste vi b\u00f6r utveckla f\u00f6rst \u2013 Learnability. F\u00f6r om vi alla tar ansvar och har f\u00e4rdigheter och vanor d\u00e4r vi st\u00e4ndigt utveckla oss sj\u00e4lva i omr\u00e5den vi b\u00e5de vill och beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r att utf\u00f6ra v\u00e5ra arbetsuppgifter s\u00e5 kan vi ocks\u00e5 utveckla oss i takt med omv\u00e4rldens f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar inom praktiskt taget vad som helst. H\u00e4r kan vi f\u00f6retag och organisationer ta ansvar f\u00f6r att guida medarbetare i generella framtida skills, de skills som beh\u00f6vs i f\u00f6retaget och i olika roller och erbjuda ett sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sbord av olika skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-ccr0a\"><strong>Men vi landar allts\u00e5 i att Learnability<\/strong>, allts\u00e5 f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att l\u00e4ra kontinuerligt och ta ansvar f\u00f6r sin egen utveckling, \u00e4r den mest grundl\u00e4ggande Power skill som f\u00f6retag f\u00f6rst och fr\u00e4mst b\u00f6r satsa p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-9ch0m\">Men vilka andra Power skills ska f\u00f6retag satsa p\u00e5 f\u00f6r att vara rustade f\u00f6r framtidens utmaningar?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-dquog\"><strong>Tio av sexton viktiga framtida skills<\/strong> som World Economic Forum har identifierat \u00e4r just Power skills (\u00e4ven om de i rapporten kallas soft skills). F\u00f6r att ytterligare f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka vikten av Power skills f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5r \u00e4ven Deloitte i en rapport att Power skills kommer att st\u00e5 f\u00f6r 2\/3 av alla jobb \u00e5r 2030 och antalet att jobb i Power skills-intensiva yrken f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas v\u00e4xa med 2,5 g\u00e5nger mer \u00e4n andra yrken. Det \u00e4r en lika stor transformation och trend som till exempel \u00f6verg\u00e5ngen fr\u00e5n &#8220;arbetskraft&#8221; till &#8220;tj\u00e4nstem\u00e4n&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-3aoek\"><strong>Efter en ganska snabb analys av rapporter<\/strong> och artiklar publicerade av de st\u00f6rre konsult- och trendanalys-f\u00f6retagen handlar de flesta framtida Power skills om att utveckla framg\u00e5ngsrika beteenden som till exempel Kreativt t\u00e4nkande, Samarbete och Emotionell intelligens. Om medarbetare sj\u00e4lva f\u00e5r v\u00e4lja ligger Ledarskap sj\u00e4lvledarskap, \u201dwellbeing\u201d (v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende) och probleml\u00f6sning h\u00f6gt p\u00e5 listan (i samma rapport som n\u00e4mnd innan fr\u00e5n SHRM uppger 54% att ledarskap \u00e4r den mest \u00f6nskade f\u00e4rdigheten).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-bjbfc\">Alla analysf\u00f6retag har olika rubriker och underrubriker men vissa m\u00f6nster \u00e4r \u00e5terkommande i flera rapporter som g\u00e5r att koka ner och baka samman till fem omr\u00e5den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-374fd\">5 viktiga Power skills att satsa p\u00e5 som f\u00f6retag:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-57kg5\">1. Learnability \/ Adaptation (anpassas till omv\u00e4rldens f\u00f6r\u00e4nderlighet och kontinuerligt l\u00e4rande)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-44kpk\">2. Ledarskap och Sj\u00e4lvledarskap kopplat till beteenden som ger Effektivitet och Produktivitet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-dhkfr\">3. Kritiskt t\u00e4nkande, Analytiskt t\u00e4nkande och Probleml\u00f6sning<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-4iubr\">4. Emotionell and Social intelligens och Kognitiv intelligens utifr\u00e5n empati som leder till b\u00e4ttre Kommunikation och Samarbete<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-ecg50\">5. Det kravet kan vi inte heller l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra medarbetare. Men po\u00e4ngen \u00e4r att oavsett om det handlar om vad vi ska erbjuda v\u00e5ra medarbetare som f\u00f6retag kring upskilling eller h\u00e4nga med i v\u00e4rldens f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar som medarbetare s\u00e5 kan vi konstatera att Power skills \u00e4r v\u00e4l investerad tid \u2013 den sortens skills blir aldrig inaktuella oavsett vad framtiden b\u00e4r med sig. Man kan s\u00e4ga att <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">h\u00e5rda skills varierar beroende p\u00e5 jobb eller roll, men Power skills kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r varje jobb.<\/span> Oavsett om en medarbetares roll \u00e4r specialiserad och av teknisk karakt\u00e4r eller annat, kommer denna alltid ha stor nytta av att kunna visa bland annat anpassnings- och kommunikationsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga. Men om vi v\u00e4ljer att arbeta fram en skills-strategi d\u00e4r Power skills \u00e4r v\u00e5ra paraply-skills som kan verka brett i hela organisationen och gynna alla medarbetare och mobilitet m\u00e5ste vi samtidigt vi ta h\u00e4nsyn till att utveckling av Power skills inte sker i en handv\u00e4ndning. Det tar \u00e5ratal av tr\u00e4ning och erfarenheter f\u00f6r att kunna s\u00e4ga att du \u00e4ger en Power skill. Som Josh Bersin p\u00e5 Deloitte uttrycker det:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"viewer-63f5v\">\u201c<strong><em>Hard Skills are soft<\/em><\/strong><em> (they change all the time, are constantly being obsoleted, and are relatively easy to learn), and <\/em><strong><em>Soft Skills \/ Power skills are hard<\/em><\/strong><em> (they are difficult to build, critical, and take extreme effort to obtain).<\/em><em><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-aof6h\">Men om vi b\u00f6rjar nu och v\u00e4ljer r\u00e4tt v\u00e4g d\u00e4r vi erbjuder utveckling av framtida skills till v\u00e5ra medarbetare s\u00e5 ger vi dem och organisationen en chans att v\u00e4ssa dem \u00f6ver tid.
