Det \u00e4r s\u00e5klart fantastiskt att s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga bidrar till dialogen och \u00e4r med och po\u00e4ngterar vikten av utveckling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/atomcollaboration.se\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/corporate-learning-1.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6170\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Men trots att vi pratar mycket om utveckling anser m\u00e5nga strateger och forskare att arbetsmarknaden inte matchar omv\u00e4rldens snabba utvecklingstakt som st\u00e4ndigt alstrar nya roller och arbetsuppgifter. Redan nu har vi kompetensbrist p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra f\u00f6retag. Det finns helt enkelt inte tillr\u00e4ckligt m\u00e5nga kandidater med r\u00e4tt kompetens. Det \u00e4r h\u00e4r vikten av \u201dupskilling och reskilling\u201d kommer in, som \u00e4r ett s\u00e4tt att beh\u00e5lla och kompetensutveckla de medarbetare man redan har. <span style=\"font-size: 28px; color: #3d9be9\"><strong>Men hur har vi hamnat h\u00e4r, d\u00e4r utveckling av medarbetare \u00e4r viktigare \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin?<\/strong><\/span> Och vad handlar alla begrepp om som vi r\u00f6r oss med n\u00e4r vi pratar om l\u00e4rande och utveckling p\u00e5 f\u00f6retag? Hur h\u00e4nger det ihop, hur ska man t\u00e4nka och vad ska man g\u00f6ra?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Fyra orsaker till varf\u00f6r vi pratar om l\u00e4rande just nu:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <span style=\"font-size: 28px; color: #3d9be9\"><strong>Omv\u00e4rldens snabba framtakt<\/strong><\/span> med digitalisering, automatisering och nya h\u00e5llbara l\u00f6sningar p\u00e5verkar v\u00e5ra roller och arbetsuppgifter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt World Economic Forum s\u00e5 kommer h\u00e4lften av alla medarbetare att beh\u00f6va utveckla eller helt f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra sin kompetens inom de n\u00e4rmaste 5 \u00e5ren f\u00f6r att kunna beh\u00e5lla sina jobb. Det \u00e4r utifr\u00e5n det behovet som bland andra uttrycken \u201dUpskilling och Reskilling\u201d anv\u00e4nds flitigt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.Globalt sker<span style=\"font-size: 28px; color: #3d9be9\"><strong> \u201dThe Great resignation\u201d<\/strong><\/span> d\u00e4r miljontals anst\u00e4llda p\u00e5 kort tid s\u00e4ger upp sig och byter jobb. Det g\u00f6r att f\u00f6retag och ledare b\u00f6rjat fundera p\u00e5 vad de kan g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att beh\u00e5lla och f\u00e5nga viktig kompetens fram\u00e5t. N\u00e5gra av orsakerna till upps\u00e4gningarna har varit bristf\u00e4lligt ledarskap och f\u00e5 utvecklingsm\u00f6jligheter. Det har gjort att utveckling av ledare och medarbetare har hamnat i fokus och att erbjudande om utveckling rankas h\u00f6gt i rekryteringsstrategier. Det handlar om att utifr\u00e5n kompetens kartl\u00e4gga, beh\u00e5lla, rekrytera, engagera och utveckla medarbetare f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att f\u00f6retaget har r\u00e4tt kompetens p\u00e5 kort och l\u00e5ng sikt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Sveriges riksdag har ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rst\u00e5tt behovet av att snabbare kunna utveckla kompetens n\u00e4r de i somras klubbade igenom ett <span style=\"font-size: 28px; color: #3d9be9\"><strong>omst\u00e4llningsstudiest\u00f6d<\/strong><\/span> som ska \u00f6ka flexibilitet, omst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och trygghet p\u00e5 arbetsmarknaden. St\u00f6det syftar till att alla medarbetare ska f\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar till kompetensutveckling genom hela arbetslivet och d\u00e4rigenom st\u00e4rka Sveriges konkurrenskraft.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 vi kan v\u00e4l utifr\u00e5n det h\u00e4r konstatera att det finns en ganska logisk anledning att alla pratar om l\u00e4rande och utveckling. F\u00f6retag m\u00e5ste helt enkelt satsa p\u00e5 det f\u00f6r att \u00f6verleva, kunna beh\u00e5lla sina medarbetare och ha r\u00e4tt kompetens som kan takta omv\u00e4rldens f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar \u2013 nu finns till och med st\u00f6d f\u00f6r att kunna g\u00f6ra det.
