Men i dagens f\u00f6retagsklimat \u00e4r det n\u00e4stan om\u00f6jligt att inte ha det. AI, ekonomiska utmaningar, oro, hybrida arbetss\u00e4tt, jakten p\u00e5 v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende, \u00f6kad m\u00e5ngfald och m\u00f6tet med nya generationer, roller och stora kompetensomst\u00e4llningar pr\u00e4glar v\u00e5ra arbetsplatser just nu.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember38\"><strong>Som extern konsult <\/strong>\u00e4r det inte helt ovanligt att hamna mitt i en eller flera f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar. Ofta anv\u00e4nds vi till och med som ett strategiskt verktyg f\u00f6r att accelerera f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen. Det \u00e4r okej, den rollen tar vi oftast g\u00e4rna d\u00e5 de flesta av oss trivs och drivs av f\u00e5 vara med och g\u00f6ra skillnad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember39\"><strong>Men ibland kan vi st\u00f6ta p\u00e5 patrull<\/strong> d\u00e4r teamet som ska driva f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen inte helt lirar med varandra. D\u00e5 \u00e4r det l\u00e4tt att hamna i diskussioner om vad man ska g\u00f6ra \u00e4n att faktiskt b\u00f6rja g\u00f6ra det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;<\/em><strong><em>Teamet kommer inte vidare<\/em><\/strong><em> och f\u00f6rankring och interna m\u00f6ten kan p\u00e5g\u00e5 i flera \u00e5r. N\u00e4r det sen efter n\u00e5gra \u00e5r b\u00f6rjar en ny chef och nya f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar b\u00f6rjar innan den f\u00f6rsta ens \u00e4r i m\u00e5l. Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett dilemma som kan vara sv\u00e5rt att hantera.<\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tidigare har jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt skapa en trevlig atmosf\u00e4r<\/strong> f\u00f6r att komma snabbare fram. Men det \u00e4r inte i de personliga relationerna det skaver. Det \u00e4r de professionella relationerna, respekten och tilliten till varandra och varandras kompetenser du m\u00e5ste f\u00f6rst\u00e4rka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember419\">H\u00e4r \u00e4r mina 7 viktigaste tips f\u00f6r att leda ett team i f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring som inte lyckas komma fram\u00e5t:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ta hand om det grundl\u00e4ggande<\/strong> \u2013 att alla i teamet m\u00e5r bra, inte \u00e4r \u00f6verbelastade och har r\u00e4tt f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r att klara f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen. Se till att arbetss\u00e4tt, kommunikationskanaler och en effektiv m\u00f6teskultur \u00e4r p\u00e5 plats.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Formulera och kommunicera en tydlig f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsvision<\/strong> och se till att alla f\u00f6rst\u00e5r varf\u00f6r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen m\u00e5ste ske och kan \u201dskriva under p\u00e5 den\u201d. L\u00e5t dem g\u00f6ra ett aktivt val att vara med eller inte. Bryt ner visionen till tydliga m\u00e5l. Klarg\u00f6r vem som \u00e4ger f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Det ska vara glasklart vilken roll varje medarbetare i teamet har<\/strong> kopplade till m\u00e5len \u2013 vilket ansvar och vilka aktiviteter och arbetsuppgifter ska alla fokusera p\u00e5 f\u00f6r att bidra? Om alla vet vart de ska \u00e4r det enklare att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 vad som f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas av dem och bidra.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jobba med att se till alla i teamet respekterar varandras unika kompetens och hur de kan bidra. <\/strong>Om medlemmarna ser gruppens m\u00e5ngfald, f\u00e4rdigheter och styrkor som v\u00e4rdefulla, kan det \u00f6ka samarbetsviljan. Skapa ett \u00f6ppet samtalsklimat d\u00e4r alla v\u00e5gar tala \u00f6ppet om vad de \u00e4r bra p\u00e5 och mindre bra p\u00e5.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fokusera p\u00e5 l\u00f6sningar i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att skuldbel\u00e4gga.<\/strong> Prata ofta om uppn\u00e5dda delm\u00e5l, prestationer och resultat f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla siktet p\u00e5 m\u00e5let och undvika on\u00f6diga konflikter. L\u00e5t teamet sj\u00e4lva identifiera gemensamma v\u00e4rderingar och normer f\u00f6r hur de vill behandla varandra f\u00f6r att&nbsp;lyckas.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Teamet \u00e4r inte \u201den familj\u201d, det \u00e4r en professionell arbetsgrupp<\/strong> som ska n\u00e5 sina m\u00e5l. Po\u00e4ngtera att det sker b\u00e4st genom respektfullt och professionellt samarbete. Var tydlig med att personliga \u00e5sikter och konflikter ska h\u00e5llas utanf\u00f6r.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>F\u00f6lj upp och reflektera ofta b\u00e5de individuellt och tillsammans.<\/strong> Det banar v\u00e4g f\u00f6r \u00f6ppenhet och tillit i teamet. Om n\u00e5got g\u00e5r fel, hj\u00e4lp teamet att se det som en v\u00e4rdefull l\u00e4rdom.
