Atom Collab purchase conditions

1. General conditions
These purchase conditions (“Conditions”) apply to all purchases made from AtomCo. Advice AB (corporate identity number 559147-1114), with visiting address Atom Collab Epicenter Stockholm, Mäster Samuelsgatan 36, 111 57 Stockholm (“Atom Collab”). By making a purchase from Atom Collab, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Terms of payment
Customers can choose to pay by card through Stripe or by invoice. In the case of payment by invoice, payment must be received by Atom Collab within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Delivery and Availability
Digital products become available for download as soon as the payment is completed. The products are delivered in different formats, such as PDF, ZIP or SharePoint. For physical courses with associated digital services, the physical element is determined by direct agreement between Atom and the customer. Download links for digital files are sent by email.
4. User Licenses and Restrictions
Each purchase of a digital product implies a license for use by an individual within your organization. Resale or unauthorized distribution of the files is prohibited. If the files are used by multiple individuals within the same organization, additional licenses are required.
5. Refund and Cancellation
Refunds are not offered. If the files are defective or the links do not work, our support team will provide the correct files. Cancellations of workshops will be charged as agreed between the parties. We strive for fair and reasonable cancellation conditions.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We handle all customer data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Our privacy policy is available on our website.
7. limitation of liability
We strive to ensure that our products are of high quality and relevant to your business. However, we do not guarantee that the products will meet all specific requirements or that they will be error-free.
8. Subcontractors and Third-Party Services
To facilitate certain services such as the hosting of courses and surveys, Atom Collab may engage subcontractors. Skillboost Europe AB (“Skillboost”) is one such partner we utilize to ensure the highest quality and availability of our services. By utilizing services hosted by Skillboost, you also agree to their terms of use and security protocols.

9. Dispute resolution
We aim to resolve any disputes through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved, an independent mediator can be involved. If the dispute still cannot be resolved, the case will be referred to the District Court in Stockholm.
10. Changes to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. All changes will be communicated on our website and will apply from the date of publication.
11. Choice of law and jurisdiction
These Conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be settled under Swedish law and by Swedish courts.
