How do you go from a non-existent learning culture and outdated e-learning, to a social channel that all employees use every day to communicate, develop and learn from each other? As consultants, we ran a comprehensive culture change project, implemented new systems and created new ways of working, methods and processes, and produced concepts and content for managers and employees.

Challenge

Find, select and implement a new training tool. Support for building a daily learning culture that mixes training and internal communication in one channel. Transforming outdated e-learning and classrooms into felxible and accessible social and microlearning.

Solution

A new system, Fuse Universal, and change management around building culture and structure around a new way of working and developing for all leaders and employees at all levels throughout the organization. Extensive work on a new digital induction so employees are ready before their first day of work.

Result

High media attention. Increased guest satisfaction by +10% (2018). Employees using the new Fuse system feel more collaborative, empowered, guest-focused and proud. The project was nominated and best of three as one of the most successful transformations at the British Learning Awards (2019). The IMD Business School in Lausanne has produced a study on cultural travel.
