SOCIAL AGENCY - a knowledge journey that starts in social media

“With great knowledge, sensitivity and creativity, Atom developed the concept “What we don’t see” – a winning concept for the further work of the project.”

Annika Von Schmalensée, National Board of Health and Welfare

The National Board of Health and Welfare came to us and described the challenge of not always reaching the target audience. So instead of creating a closed course for a few, we created a concept for everyone. The project was not only visible on social media, but also attracted the attention of the Swedish Royal Family during their visit to the National Board of Health and Welfare.

An expressed need from the target group for a flexible and open knowledge material that is easy to use. The target group was located in healthcare and other settings where patients who have experienced mental health problems are encountered.

Target group and channel analysis. Strategy, concept, graphic design, copy, campaign planning and production of a flexible knowledge package that became a mix of social media, training, external and internal communication.

Improved internal cooperation between different departments. First project where microlearning and social media content was aligned and communicated across multiple channels. Great reviews from practitioners and audiences who use the material to develop care in the field of interpersonal skills. The project was shown to the Swedish royal family as one of the most successful projects.
